THEMATIC DIVERSITY IN THE WORK WITH LANGUAGES
Professional activities related to languages, whether it pertains translations, interpretations or foreign languages teaching confront us with unlimited technical, social and/or cultural areas and thus, within this scope, are very enriching and gratifying activities.
It is very hard for respective professionals to become experts in any of the areas with which they are challenged every day at work. However, mandatory curiosity for the good performance of the job makes them quite sensitive to technical, social and/or cultural issues, thus becoming, often, ‘experts’ in the comprehension of the existing diversities among languages and cultures.
